Once women graduate from the Training Program, they are able to apply to work for the Habitat Women repairs and maintenance social enterprise.
Serving our current community housing partners, domestic violence shelters and youth housing groups, our model aims to provide cost effective maintenance services to housing providers as well as offering our capabilities on a fee-for-service arrangement to the general public.
The social enterprise provides a supportive and flexible work environment for women to continue to skill-build, gain confidence and access the workforce.
