If you identify as a woman and is motivated to pursue a career in the maintenance, repair and / or construction sector, we want to hear from you!
You will need to demonstrate a commitment to completing the course, interest in the sector and have a reasonable fitness level.
You will need to be eligible to work in Australia and meet employment requirements.
This program is runs 3 terms each year. Each term will operate two sessions offered on a Monday/Tuesday or Wednesday/Thursday timetable.
The training program runs for 12 consecutive weeks with a minimum 2 day a week commitment on either Monday and Tuesday, or Wednesday and Thursday.
The day typically starts at 9:00am and finishes at 3:00pm.
We are located on the Meadowbank TAFE campus with easy access from trains, buses and ferry!
There will be work experience opportunities where the work will be undertaken in the Greater Sydney area and may, as agreed on occasions, extend to the Blue Mountains and Southern Highlands.
